Music

Students in our Early Childhood program and Kindergarten receive age appropriate, developmental music instruction weekly.

The children are given the opportunity to sing, dance, play instruments, and learn the fundamentals of music through music games and action songs.

All students in Kindergarten – 5th  grade receive weekly music instruction in music theory, ear training, and music appreciation. Students are actively engaged in learning through singing, playing instruments (including Orff instruments), and participating in interactive music activities.

Students in 6th – 8th grade continue their exploration and appreciation of music through playing instruments, studying music history, and project based learning

There are many opportunities for our students to participate in vocal and instrumental music groups and ensembles. These groups perform for a variety of programs and worship services throughout the school year.

  • Christmas Music Programs — PS-8th grade
