Security

Grace Lutheran School considers safety a high priority. Both our main campus and Early Childhood Center have security measures in place.

Our school’s emergency management plan is part of our response training. Building security, School CheckIn system, and drop off and pick up procedures enhance our ability to provide supervision and security for your child.

All visitors are required to sign in and receive clearance as part of our program.

Our Early Childhood Education facility is entered via a secure access code that is issued to each family.  The safety of your children is of utmost importance to us.

Should you have general questions regarding campus security, please call Mr. Wittcop, school principal, at 863-293-9744.

CAMPUS TRAFFIC ALERTS

Drive with care as you move around campus.
Safety First!  Please refrain from using distracting devices while driving on campus.

SCHOOL CLOSING

Grace Lutheran School and Early Childhood Center will follow any Polk County School Board and/or City of Winter Haven decision to close due to poor weather conditions, or other emergencies.  Announcements pertaining to such closings of the county schools, and thus Grace Lutheran, can be heard on radio, and if possible, television.  Check email messages and the school website if possible.
