Tuition and Enrollment
Thank you for your interest in Grace Lutheran School! GLS welcomes inquiries from families throughout the year.
Enrollment at Grace is the beggining of an educational partnership for the benefit of your children. Please contact us to set up a tour of the facility.

The following items are required as part of the admissions process:
* An application form for each child being enrolled.
*An application deposit of $250 per child.
*Copies of your child's most recent progress reports or report cards.
*Students in grades two and up will submit a Recommendation form from a previous teacher.
*A copy of your child's birth certificate.
*A copy of the most recent available achievement test results.
*A copy of your child's Immunization records (Form HRS DH 680) and a recent physical (Physician's Medical Statement HRS-H Form 3040).
